FORMER MINNESOTA 'MORTGAGE ORIGINATOR'
TIMOTHY M. STULL RESURFACES;
THIS TIME IN ARIZONA
Originally, I was just going to have a 'feature' about this former Minnesota 'Mortgage Originator' on my Homepage. But after I began 'digging', I discovered and uncovered numerous ways that he 'screwed' people and STULL WASNEVER HELD ACCOUNTABLE for his numerous, financial 'misdeeds' that allowed him to 'collect' thousands and thousands of dollars from unsuspecting victims. (You'd think he was a lawyer !!)
Stull has now 'packed up' and moved to Arizona where, at last report, he was operating under FOUR DIFFERENT BUSINESS NAMES !!Stull deserves to be exposed for the thief that he really is. This Webpage is intended to do just that
If you have ever had any negative experiences with either of these two companies or the people that work (or worked) for either of them, I encourage you to file a complaint against them with the MINNESOTA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, the MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERALand/or the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's Office in YOUR state.
The following comments and information about a horribly unscrupulous 'mortgage originator', Timothy M. Stull, and his 'mortgage origination' companies who screwed us out of nearly $10,000.00 and has an UNSATISFACTORY RECORD with the Minnesota Better Business Bureau, appeared on my Homepage at www.deltadickshow.com.
If you've had any experiences with Stull or any of his 'mortgage origination' companies, I'd like to hear from you. E-mail me at deltadickshow@yahoo.com.
Any more information and further updates about Stull and how he does business will appear on this Webpage.
FORMER MINNESOTA 'MORTGAGE ORIGINATOR'
TIMOTHY M. STULL RESURFACES;
THIS TIME IN ARIZONA
Remember that 'mortgage origination' company,1st PACIFIC MORTGAGE, in Minneapolis that financially 'raped' us on a mortgage refinancing of our home in Bentonville U.S.A. back in 2005? If you're unfamiliar with what I'm talking about or if your memory needs to be refreshed, CLICK HERE. Anyway, the guy that was the manager of the Florida based company's Minneapolis office, Timothy M. Stull, started another company (in the same Minneapolis office) when the main office in Florida closed their Minneapolis office after I exposed their underhanded dealings. You'll also recall that I filed complaints with the Minnesota Department of Commerce (the state agency that is supposed to 'regulate' these types of companies), the Consumer Protection Division of the Minnesota Attorney Generals Office and the state agency in Florida that regulates those types of companies in their state. As you know, NONE OF THE AGENCIES CONTACTED TOOK ANY ACTION!! And, as I have maintained all along, what happened to us almost three years ago was just the 'tip of the iceberg' of the disastrous 'mortgage crisis mess' that this country now is in. Yet; no one listened.
Well, Timothy Stull, has 'surfaced' once again; this time operating in Arizona as The Stull Corporation, 8508 East Shetland Trail, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 and listing a telephone number as 1-866-640-2713. Employing my previous Law Enforcement investigative skills, I found him operating simultaneously under THREE DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMES !!
Check out Stull's Websites; http://www.fastfundinghomeloans.com/privacy.html, http://low-rate-mortgages-online.com/owners.htmlandhttp://getapproved-homeloans.com. And here's a quote from one of his three Websites: “I take great pride in my work. Nothing satisfies me more than sticking it to companies that participate in poor business practices. In today’s ever-changing economic environment, consumers need our help and I am happy to share my expertise. I take great pleasure in knowing we can help people and have a positive impact in the communities where we do business." He should know about 'poor business practices'!!
The question that, of course, begs to be answered here is how can somebody with such a 'shady' past be allowed to move to another state and continue doing the same thing? Where are the 'federal regulators' that are supposed to protect consumers from these type of individuals and their companies? Doesn't this 'lack of oversight' contribute to making an already bad situation even worse?
As I've stated previously, I am AGAIN going to contact those agencies listed above and seek their involvement. Additionally, I'm going to bring this whole matter to the attention of newly elected Hennepin County Mike Freeman and seek his involvement. After all, Stull operated TWO similar companies within the confines of Hennepin County. And the 'statute of limitations' for criminal prosecution doesn't expire for another six weeks. Stay tuned!

MINNESOTA 'MORTGAGE ORIGINATOR' TIMOTHY M. STULL
Finally there's some 'action' on the letter that I wrote and sent to a variety of local, state and federal agencies (see below) about the 'mortgage originator' that screwed us so badly on a 'refinance' of our home in Bentonville U.S.A in February 2005. Last Friday, January 4th, the guy in charge of the White Collar Crime Unit with the Hennepin County Attorney's Office left a message for me. I called him back on Monday and we 'generally' discussed what had taken place (among other things). He inquired if I had made a formal complaint with the Minneapolis Police Department (I did) and asked that I send him a copy of the complaint I filed with Minneapolis' Finest. I FAXed my letter to MPD to him but haven't heard anything back. Meanwhile, the 'statute of limitations clock' is ticking and I reminded him of that. If February 1st or 2nd comes and goes without criminal charges being brought against Timothy M. Stull who was the 'branch manager' of the Minneapolis office of First Pacific Mortgage Company, the Hennepin County Attorney's Office will have let yet another criminal escape prosecution for the same reason that former Hennepin County Attorney (and now United States Senator) Amy Klobuchar allowed a criminal (and fellow attorney) to commit 'the perfect crime' and also escape criminal prosecution. Also, there's been no response to the other agencies that received my letter. How sad is that ?
For those of you who are 'following' what's taking place with the 'mortgage originator' that screwed us so badly (see below) on a mortgage refinance (CLICK HERE for details), I previously mentioned that I was going to contact the appropriate county, state and federal officials AGAIN to call their attention to my latest discovery about Tim Stull and his newfound companies who have left Minneapolis and are now operating in Arizona. I also requested that formal, criminal charges be brought against Stull for his heinous, unethical and criminal acts. I'm certain that we weren't Stull's only victims. I reminded those that received my five page letter that the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution of Stull and his co-conspirators was due to expire the first few days of this February (2008). As of today (01-04-08), none of the individuals and/or agencies contacted, INCLUDING HENNEPIN COUNTY ATTORNEY MIKE FREEMAN, have acknowledged my letter. (Sound familiar? Is there a 'pattern' here?)
Wondering who I sent my December 24, 2007 letter to? And well you might ask. Here's who got it: Mr. Michael O. Freeman, HENNEPIN COUNTY ATTORNEY, Ms. Lori Swanson, MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL, Mr. Terry Goddard, ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL, Director/Commissioner, MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, Mr. Charlie Crist, FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL, Director/Commissioner, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES, Ms. Kristen Farias, FLORIDA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, Director, MINNESOTA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, Director/Commissioner, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and Mr. Norm Coleman, UNITED STATES SENATOR FROM MINNESOTA.
In light of the horrendous mortgage crisis that this country is currently facing, does anybody else, besides me, think that it's odd none of those listed above responded to my letter to them?
MORE ABOUT FORMER MINNESOTA
'MORTGAGE ORIGINATOR'
TIMOTHY M. STULL
You remember him, of course, from reading about how he screwed up out of almost $10,000.00 when we refinanced our home back in 2005. Well; I've done some more checking up on him and found our that he doesn't have a very good reputation with the Minnesota Better Business Bureau. In checking the Minnesota/North Dakota Better Business Bureau Website, I found that Stull's TWO companies, 1st PACIFIC MORTGAGE and NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE PARTNERS both have an UNSATISFACTORY RATING with the Better Business Bureau. CLICK HERE to see the BBB report.
Stull; who is now operating out in Arizona under FOUR DIFFERENT COMAPNY NAMES, went to the Minnesota Department of Commerce (the state agency that is supposed to 'regulate' his type of company and be the 'watchdog' over unscrupulous operator) and was GRANTED A SECOND LICENSE allowing him to CONTINUE TO DO THE SAME TYPE OF BUSINESS UNCEHCKED!! (You'll be learning more about what took place later.)
And STILL, after all of this, all but two of the agencies/individuals that I contacted refused to do anything or respond to my complaint about Stull and his two fraudulent companies ! Fact is sure stranger than fiction !!
INDIFFERENT ATTITUDES
I've previously talked about unscrupulous 'mortgage originators' (we were an unwilling victim of one company's underhanded tactics; for more information CLICK HERE and see below) and there's been an interesting 'development' in the letters I sent out in December to Mike Freeman, Hennepin County Attorney, Ms. Lori Swanson, MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL, Mr. Terry Goddard, ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL, Director/Commissioner, MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, Mr. Charlie Crist, FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL, Ms. Kristen Farias, FLORIDA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, Director, MINNESOTA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, Director/Commissioner, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and Mr. Norm Coleman, UNITED STATES SENATOR FROM MINNESOTA describing what happened. that you'll find very, VERY interesting. Check back later more details of how this case has suddenly taken an abrupt 'turn'. Also somewhat strange (at least to me) is that United States Senator Norm (Coleman of Minnesota) never bothered to reply to my letter.
If for no other reason than him being up for re-election, you'd think he'd at least be able to scribble out a couple of sentences to me. Even if it was on the back of an old envelope like good old 'Honest Abe' did. This is the first (and only) time that I attempted to contact Senator Coleman and he never even made an attempt to acknowledge, let alone respond to, my letter to him. That's despicable. Especially for a United States Senator that wants to get re-elected this fall.
By the way, the only agencies that legitimately responded to my complaint were the Hennepin County Attorney's Office and the Florida Department of Financial Services. See the details elsewhere in this section.
Any more information and further updates about Stull and how he does business will apprear on this Webpage.

Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter concerns the unethical, unscrupulous, predatory and illegal acts of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., a company based in Tampa, Florida at 10014 North Dale Maury Highway. The president of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC. is believed to be Mr. Tom Parker.
1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC. maintained a ’branch office’ in Minneapolis, Minnesota located at 510 1st Avenue North. In approximately January 2005, we were contacted by Mr. Timothy Stull who identified himself as the ‘branch manager’ of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC. Stull told us that he could refinance our existing home mortgage and we could obtain a new mortgage through him at a lower interest rate. Believing that Stull and his company were reputable, we agreed to obtain a new refinance mortgage from 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC.; a refinance of our existing mortgage which was totally ’handled and arranged’, by Stull.
However, the day of ‘closing’ was a day of very unpleasant ‘surprises’ that has cost us NEARLY $10,000.00!! For example:
1. Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., initially stated that our new mortgage would be at an interest rate of 7.8% (lower than our existing interest rate) and the total of the new mortgage being refinanced by 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE INC., would be $154,000.00. We explained to Mr. Stull that was acceptable.
2. On January 26, 2005, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., sent us an e-mail message that stated “Your loan is out of underwriting approved…”
3. When questioned initially and throughout the loan application process, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., stated that our new mortgage would be at an interest rate of 7.8% (lower than our existing interest rate) and the total amount of the new mortgage being refinanced by 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., would be $154,000.00. We explained to Mr. Stull that was acceptable.
4. Also initially and throughout the loan application process, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE INC., stated that the ‘closing costs’ would be ‘around $6,000.00’ and that they would be paid from the proceeds of the new mortgage.
5. Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., intentionally misled us in regard to what the amount of the closing costs would actually end up being. Instead of closing costs being ‘around $6,000.00’ as Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., told us, the closing costs ended up being WELL IN EXCESS OF OVER $9,700.00!!
6. Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., was told that we desired to pay off outstanding balances of certain credit cards with the proceeds of the new mortgage.
7. Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., was also advised that the State Bank of Young America, the bank that held the existing mortgage on our home, also would have to be paid off with the proceeds of the new mortgage.
8. Even though we requested, in writing, a copy of a “GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE” of the closing costs and other expenses of the new mortgage prior to the date of ‘closing’, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTAGE, INC., NEVER PROVIDED us with the “GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE” of closing costs, expenses and/or what the disbursement of funds obtained from the new mortgage were.
9. The ‘closing’ was scheduled for Thursday, February 3, 2005 at 2:00PM at the office of Stull’s company, F1RST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC. At approximately 12:30PM this same date, (JUST 90 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CLOSING), Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., informed us that instead of the interest of the new mortgage being 7.8%, the interest rate of the new mortgage had now been INCREASED 2 PERCENTAGE POINTS up to 9.8% !!
10. Also during this same telephone call and, again JUST 90 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CLOSING, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., further advised us that the total amount of the new mortgage had also been increased by another $4,600.00, WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR AUTHORIZATION, to $158,600.00 !!
11. At closing, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., stated that $6,800.00 from the proceeds of the new mortgage would be electronically deposited into the checking account of the co-borrower of this new mortgage, on February 8, 2005. The co-borrower provided Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., with one of his checking account deposit slips showing the bank ‘routing’ number and checking account number.
12. The funds amounting to $6,800.00 were never deposited into the co-borrower’s checking account by Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., as he stated he would.
13. At the closing, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., stated that the funds required to fully pay off the existing mortgage held by the State Bank of Young America, would be electronically transmitted to the State Bank of Young America on February 8, 2005.
14. Those funds to pay off the existing mortgage at the State Bank of Young America were never electronically transferred to the State Bank of Young America as Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE INC., stated they would be.
15. Instead, they were sent via United Parcel Service and didn’t arrive until February 9, 2005; the day after Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE INC., stated that the funds of the new mortgage were to have been disbursed.
16. At the closing, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., stated that an additional amount of $2,942.26 of the new mortgage funds would also be electronically deposited into the co-borrower’s checking account on February 8, 2005.
17. The funds were not deposited until February 9, 2005; the day after Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE INC., stated that the funds of the new mortgage were to be disbursed and electronically deposited.
18. At closing, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., stated that the funds required to fully pay property taxes for the last half of calendar year 2004, would be electronically transferred to the Carver County Auditor on February 8, 2005.
19. The funds were never electronically transferred as Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., stated that they would be. Instead, a paper check was sent to the Carver County Auditor, but wasn’t received by them until February 15, 2005.
20. Approximately one week after closing, three separate checks were received from All-American Escrow and Title Company. We had no knowledge, nor were we ever advised, by Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., who All American Escrow & Title Company was.
21. One of these three checks was made payable to American Family Insurance Company. We were never advised by Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., that American Family Insurance was ever to receive any of the new mortgage proceeds nor did we receive any explanation.
22. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds of the new mortgage were being directed to a third party by Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., who had previously been told, and to which he agreed, that this third party was not to, and would not, receive any of the proceeds of the new mortgage.
23. Upon learning of the information in (22) above, an e-mail was sent to Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., notifying him of the error that had been made regarding the disbursal of the proceeds of the new mortgage. Upon being told this, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., directed us to return the check issued in error to him, which we did. We also wrote the word ‘VOID’ on the check in several places to ensure that it couldn’t be cashed. Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., stated that once he had received the voided check, he would ensure that a replacement check, made payable to us jointly, would be issued.
24. No such replacement check was ever issued by 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC.
25. On Monday, February 21, 2005, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., stated that he had arranged for a replacement check in the amount of $6,800.00 to be issued to us the next day; Tuesday February 22, 2005. His reason given us that it couldn’t be issued on February 21st was because that was President’s Day.
26. On Tuesday, February 22, 2005, we contacted someone named ‘Vickie’ from All-American Escrow and Title Company and inquired if, in fact, Stull had arranged with her company for a replacement check to be issued to me and the co-borrower. She had no idea what we were talking about; and she told us that Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., had never contacted All-American Escrow and Title Company as he told us he had.
27. When confronted with this discrepancy, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., then ‘changed his story’ and stated that the replacement check was being issued to us by Argent Mortgage Company instead.
28. That statement by Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., too, turned out to be yet another one of his many lies.
29. On Monday, February 28, 2005, in an attempt to disengage himself and his company from this misleading, predatory, devious, unethical and highly suspect refinancing process, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., sent us an e-mail directing us to contact someone named ‘Stacy Alexander’; an employee of Argent Mortgage Company, to resolve the many issues outlined above and below.
30. Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., was sent a return e-mail notifying him that it was his company that was responsible for everything being ‘screwed up’ and it is his responsibility to get this matter corrected and resolved, and to do so swiftly.
31. Several telephone messages, as well as e-mails, were sent to Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., trying to resolve this issue.
32. Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., elected to not return any of our telephone messages left for him, nor did he respond to e-mails sent to him..
33. On Friday, March 4, 2005, we finally received an e-mail message from Stull. In this e-mail message, Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., stated that there was nothing more he could do or was going to do to assist us in obtaining the $6,800.00 that we were ‘shorted’ from the loan proceeds.
34. The closing was held February 3, 2005. Nearly NINE AND ONE HALF MONTHS LATER, we STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED, from 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., copies of any of the documents that we signed pertaining to this new mortgage.
35. Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., and his company, engaged in ‘Bait and Switch’ tactics in order to financially exploit us for the financial enrichment of himself, and his companies, 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., and NATION WIDE MORTGAGE PARTNERS.
36. And yet, even more that eight and one half months after the closing that was conducted by Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., and his company, has failed to ensure that we obtained the $6,800.00 of the total loan proceeds which we were due.
37. It was necessary for us to personally get involved with both All-American Title and Escrow as well as Argent Mortgage in order to obtain the $6,800.00 in outstanding mortgage funds that Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., and his company initially failed, and then refused, to ensure that all proceeds from the new mortgage were received by us.
38. Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., has also failed, and refused, to ensure that the outstanding balances to two credit card companies were ‘paid off’ in full as was initially agreed upon.
39. Shortly after our complaint to the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Stull’s Florida based company, 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., closed their Minneapolis ‘Branch Office’ and ceased conducting business in the state of Minnesota However, in an effort to continue his unscrupulous, unethical and criminal activities, Stull secured another license to operate from the Minnesota Department of Commerce and continues in this same type of business, at the same geographical location and is now conducting business using the name of NATION WIDE MORTGAGE PARTNERS.
40. Additionally, Stull’s company, NATION WIDE MORTGAGE PARTNERS occupies that same offices formerly occupied by 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC.
41. It has also been discovered that Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., charged us a $25.00 ‘Wire Transfer Fee’ for funds that he purported to electronically transfer out of the co-borrower’s checking account.
42. No electronic transfer of funds ever occurred; even though Timothy Stull, in his capacity as Branch Manager of the Minneapolis Office of 1ST PACIFIC MORTGAGE, INC., charged us for this alleged transaction.
